Bizim Securities Inc. was founded in 2002 for the purpose of mediation services and effective fund management services.

Bizim Securities Inc. , aiming to contribute in the capital’s spreading on to the base and to the formation of an effective capital market and to make for itself a strong position in the capital markets, renders services to markets both in and out of the country on fund management, survey and corporate financing issues.

By offering to the investors fast, reliable and effective transaction possibility in the internal markets, the company communicates to its customers in a correct, neutral and fast way the developments that occur in the shares, forward transactions, fixed yield immovables and money markets.

Offers mediation services to its foreign customers operating in the International Capital Markets (ICM) and International Money Markets (IMM) for their buy-sell transactions in the internal markets, and enables the foreign investors to take the most appropriate and correct decisions by correct and timely processing the market data in formats conforming to international standards.

The funds made by the expert teams of Bizim Securities Inc., are managed within a framework of strategies as determined by the Portfolio Management group on daily basis by evaluating the general economy and market conditions. The Portfolio Management Division offers a wide range of product varieties including future investment funds and other financing instruments with which the local and foreign investors of differing risk profiles can find what they would need.

The monthly investors’ guide, sector surveys, corporate reports and daily reports prepared and published by the Research and Survey Division of the Company, enables the customers to closely monitor the markets and to make benefit from the market conditions with correct and reliable data.

And the Corporate Finance Division offers to its customers primary and secondary public offerings, company marriages and buy-outs, project financing and corporate restructuring services.

Bizim Securities Inc. , has a wide distribution network through the branches of Family Finance (Special Banking Institution) that has 55 branches in whole Turkey. BMD Securities has an agent agreement with Family Finance, so it has an effective distribution network in domestic market.
