Equity Investment Fund

BMD Equity Fund conforms the standards of Turkiye Finans and tailored exclusively for Turkiye Finans. It is the first and only investment fund, even the first and only capital market product that is marketed through a Private Finance House. Thus Türkiye Finans clients can also invest in capital markets for the first time through BMD Equity Fund

At least 51% of portfolio composed of equities. At the moment, 95% of portfolio is composed of equity and 5% of it is cash. Foreign exchange, gold and foreign securities can be included to the portfolio in line with the market conditions. Management of fund and selection of equities is made by experienced staff with high expertise in the market

In the selection of equities through research driven approach, the following criteria are taken into account;

• Strength of financial structure of the firms,
• Cheap stock price in line with their valuations
• Increase potential in stock price according to the expectations in the medium and long term

Type A Equity Investment Fund

Type A Equity Fund of Bizim Securities composed wholly by stocks and based on capital growth that is to say independent of dividend shares. In the medium and long term, they yield higher than B Type Investment Funds and thus they include higher risks. It is a long-term investment fund. Decision of capital market tools is determined according to their liquidity and research supported.

Type A Construction Equity Investment Fund

Turkey has realized, through the implementation of an economic program, a virtuous circle of lowering inflation expectation, a fall in real interest rates and an accompanying expansion of private consumption and investment. In addition, it is expected that construction sector will be the lieder firm in these growth term. Also, with the implementation of mortgage system in Turkey, construction sector fund will profit from this positive trend in the economy. Type A construction Equity Investment Fund, different from other sectoral funds, instead of illustrating one of sector index in Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE), equities are selected from some sectors such as; construction, commitment, real estate investment, sales and marketing sectors that are listed at ISE.
